His love for bookkeeping and tax came about in a funny way, actually!

He was running his first a business, an arts and crafts shop, while living in Japan. While trying to manage the business, his family and running around ragged, he also had to deal with the numbers and receipts... Oh boy, that was interesting!

He spoke with accountants, none of which he felt understood his business - so he took matters in his own hands, became an accountant, and now helps many others to not go through what he had to go through ever again!

This is why he is so passionate about what he does, since he's been both the client and accountant - and seen the good, bad, and ugly.
